Following netlabels which use a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial- NoDerivatives License explicitly allow DJ mixes:

The non-commercial organisation releases singles, ep’s and lp’s in 320 kbps quality mp3 digital format, which can be downloaded, shared or mixed (podcasts, studio mixes, radio shows or gigs) absolutely for free.
It is also allowed to play these MP3 files on radiostations and DJ Mixes. If you do this, send playlists to strial [@] edensonic.com
For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this music.
you are free to download them, share them, copy them, mix them into your sets, whatever you wish really, just so long as anything you do with our music is not done for profit, and that the original artist receives full credit for the track.

you may do that if you redistribute your netlabel dj-mix under creative commons attribution-noncommercial-noderivs 2.0 germany

You can use our tracks in mixes (it would be nice to mention ‘Diggarama’ under tracks that are released by our label, or something like that). We release under Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works CC-license. That means you can use tracks released by Diggarama net-label in noncommercial mixes, sets, etc, but you mustn’t use it for commercial purposes and you mustn’t / can’t remix it (without asking us as the label managers and our artists).
