DJ l’embrouille is back with his 4th mix on Sonic Walker, continuing his series of weekly netlabel mixes. The 1 1/2 hour mix explores deep and minimal netlabel releases of labels like escala, inoQuo and miniscule.
Hey that set is very good ! Reminds me great parties in Montreal, with Dj Pfreud & LeBaron… I was looking for that sound since a long time.
In a more objective way, the set is well constructed, the ascension is just long enough. We get to the core of the etire mix at the very right moment. The same phenomenon happens between every tracks, but these are mixed quite subtely at some moments that it becomes a new live mixed piece.
well done, great selection.
I have to precise that I discovered as many netlabels and artists as there are in that mix.
